Friends of Lulu/New York is a long-running and
active chapter of Friends of Lulu, a national non-profit organization dedicated to
increasing the participation of women and girls in comic books as readers, creators,
retailers, marketers, etc. Our members are engaged in projects ranging from putting
together our August-shipping anthology, BROAD APPEAL,
to holding discussions featuring prominent female writers and artists in the NY area, to
