The Executive Director of Friends of Lulu oversees much of the day-to-day management of the organization, including:
  • Lulu Awards
  • New member outreach
  • Special events
She or he also serves as a "second" Treasurer and will be familiar with the financial aspects of the non-profit.

Membership Secretary
Duties include:
Keeping an updated record of current and lapsed members and maintains email and snail mail correspondence with them. Mails out membership welcome letters and membership cards to FOL members, new and returning. When newsletters are due, sends membership list to Newsletter Editor.

Treasurer
Duties include:
Keeping account activities up to date including paypal and checking accounts, establishing & adhering to budget for different Friends of Lulu projects and programs, maintaining retail of anthologies through website.

Recording Secretary
Duties include:
  • Record minutes of the FOL Board meetings and present them at subsequent meetings.
  • Maintain an organized archive of meeting minutes on the group website.
  • Periodically prepare documents for FOL Business (could include letters, emails, etc.) on an as-needed basis.
